Kyle, There is a list of the daily Pownce themes at &lt;a href="http://pownce.pbwiki.com/Pownce+Tips" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://pownce.pbwiki.com/Pownce+Tips&lt;/a&gt; but as Eric said, just start posting them. Usually people start with the theme then their post. So on Friday you would post a link to your photo of Flickr, Zoomr or elsewhere and just put "Foto Friday: name of pic" in your text. 

Someone has started trying to archive Music Video Monday (MVM) at &lt;a href="http://pownce.pbwiki.com/MusicVideoMonday" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://pownce.pbwiki.com/MusicVideoMonday&lt;/a&gt;. but I think it is being done manually as it seems pretty incomplete (sometimes we'll see that many in one day). That said, it's a start!
